Sleep...or lack there of

Disclaimer: It is 430 in the morning and I promise that this will not make complete sense.

I don't know how many of you are aware, but Jack is a super sleeper. (unless he is sick or getting a new tooth) Overall he has slept through the night for about 10 months now. Why is it that I still haven't managed this task? That is right it is 430 in the morning (a Saturday morning too) and I have been sitting out here wide awake for the past 45 minutes. I have had this problem a lot lately I will be exhausted and sleep great for a couple hours then I'm wide awake. It usually happens on the nights that Chad works, but he is home tonight and actually came to bed at a semi decent hour (well 1am believe me it is decent for him). So I have been doing this up in middle of the night thing usually at least once a night for the past couple week usually 5 nights a week. Any ideas of how to take advantage of this designated time to sleep?

I know!! You can blog!

Seriously though, that stinks. I HATE not sleeping. I had problems with that after Abby was born for a while, but it was falling asleep that I had trouble with. Sorry, I have no suggestions to help. :-( Good luck.

I always have a problem when I have a lot on my mind or when there is so much to do and not enough day to do it in. I know if I would just sleep, I would be more effective and get it all done, but somewhere in my brain I think I need to be up. Good luck! Try counting sheep, reading a book, or Isaiah! :)

Well, you can keep updating the blog! That ofcourse is a selfish thing for me cause that means I get to read it and it gives me something to do during the day. :) As for us coming there, we will come out in July for a couple of days before we go up to Idaho for Scott's family reunion and so we will have to come and see you guys for a bit. I'll keep you posted since I am not sure as to the details yet but I know we are coming on the 23rd.
